Open Settings, choose “Delete my data”, and confirm. Your account and associated data will be deleted automatically.

Delete your Kamyczki account and data
You can delete your account directly in the app or send us a request even if the app is no longer installed on your phone.
Request without the app
Write from the email address linked to your account and keep “Delete my Kamyczki account” as the subject. We may ask you to confirm your identity so we do not delete someone else’s account.
What we delete
- your email address, profile name, and authentication data
- every photo you submitted
- the precise locations of finds you submitted
- your sessions, block preferences, and Google or Apple account links
What may remain
Stone PINs you created and entries contributed by other people remain as anonymous shared journey history. They are no longer connected to your account data.
Request timeframe
We process email requests as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days. We will confirm completion using the address that sent the request.
